开渔季 | 在山的那边海的那边 It's time to eat seafood in China

On 16th August this year, the East China Sea officially announced to enter the fishing season. It means that there will be a large number of fresh seafood coming into the market. As they are really cheap and cheerful, foodies will absolutely not miss it.

Compared to the popular tourist city of Zhoushan and Xiangshan, Ninghai is easily neglected. It is on the south of Ningbo, close to Taizhou, near two waters of Xiangshan Port and Sanmen Bay, and it is also located between Siming Mountains and Tiantai Mountains, so it has the typical scene of facing the sea with the hills for a background. And just like its name – Ninghai (tranquil sea), the sea of Ninghai is very quiet and peaceful.

事情是这样的。前两天(8月16日),东海正式开渔,这意味着大量海鲜新鲜上市,不仅物美而且价廉。听到这个消息,吃货朋友们蠢蠢欲动,一拍即合,在这个周末第一时间前往。

相比浙江海景旅游最热门的舟山和象山,宁海的存在感就很弱,他位于宁波之南隅,接邻台州,濒象山港和三门湾两个海域,且坐落在四明山脉和天台山脉之间,标准的背山靠海,正如他的名字——那是一片尚未被喧嚣影响的宁静的海。在我大学实习时,每天穿梭于象山港海域的各个角落,那时宁海小渔村的海鲜就给我留下了深刻的印象,很高兴这次又能重新认识他。

新鲜的海鲜不需要累赘的做法和华丽的语言来包装,就是白水煮一切,就是任性的好吃。每每入口,我都想用美食节目里最爱的那个形容——好Q弹啊!

冲着当地人气非常火爆的好再来面馆去的
开在菜市场里的专门加工海鲜面的馆子,11点的样子已经坐满了上下两层及外搭的场子。每个食客都是奢华的鱼虾蟹满配套餐。
看过一个视频,节目里老板说最贵的三个客人买了1400块的海鲜,感觉大家好有钱哦。

小黄鱼、鲳鱼、豆腐鱼
青蟹、花蛤、蛏子和鱿鱼
面条是当地最爱的米面,搭配面馆招牌的炒肉丝
根本没人加蔬菜的吃法,很任性很满足
