Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hello, everyone. Today we are making Chocolate Chip Cookies!
First, we need to prepare the ingredients: 300g flour, 175g unsalted butter (soft), 150g brown sugar, 250g chocolate beans, 10g vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, ½ teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt
Required equipment: oven, bowl (large), handheld mixer, handheld cooking machine with whisk, rubber spatula, shallow bottom baking pan, ice cream scoop, baking paper

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and white.

Whisk the two eggs until fully incorporated.

Pour the flour batter into the butter batter, beat well and mix in the chocolate beans.

Spoon a spoonful of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space between each two cookies and flattening them gently with the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. The cookies should be soft in the middle and cool for about 10 minutes before enjoying.
