In the starting phase we need to prepare 500 g long pasta 500 g ground beef 800 ml canned crushed tomatoes 1 clove garlic 1 onion 150 g carrots 1 tablespoon of dried oregano Parmesan cheese (grated, for serving) salt black pepper vegetable oil
Mince the garlic and peel and dice the onion and carrot.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion, garlic and carrots. Add the ground beef and sauté over medium-high heat for 6-10 minutes until the beef is browned, during which time use a spoon to distribute the ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
Add the crushed tomatoes and oregano and season again with salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes to make the pasta sauce, uncovered.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 10-12 minutes until chewy, according to package directions. Drain, top with sauce and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
