Materials Required - Ingredients for Rava Upma
Semolina - 180 grams (1 cup)
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Peanut grains - 1 tablespoon (roasted)
Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Green Chilli - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Green peas - 1 tablespoon
Carrot - 1 (cut into small pieces)
Butter - 1 table spoon
Green coriander - 1 table spoon (finely chopped)
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon or as per taste
How to make Rava Upma
Roast semolina continuously until it turns brown in a dry embroidery. Take out roasted semolina in a plate. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Grate the peanuts in oil and lightly fry them. After frying them, take them out in a plate. Put the mustard seeds in the remaining oil in Kadhahi, let the rye lighten slightly. After snapping the mustard, add green chillies, chopped carrots and peas and fry for 2-3 minutes. After this, add semolina and its three times water (3 cups of water) and salt and mix it. When the semolina starts to boil in water, then stir it with a spoon, the solution will become thick and it will look like pudding in a while. Put peanut seeds in it and stirring it with a spoon and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add butter by top and mix it. Add green coriander and mix it. Delicious crystal suit is ready. Serve and eat incense with green coriander chutney and eat it. If you want to keep it in tiffin of children, children will love it too.
