fish with Chinese sauerkraut
food material:a black carp、Chinese sauerkraut 500 grams、egg white 、one ginger、starch、pepper、salt、Pickled peppers、Cooking wine、Dried chilli、White vinegar、oil.
step 1
Remove head 、tail and bones of the fish,cut the body into butterfly slices,Marinate the head、the tail and bones with cooking wine for a while(about 15-20min)

Rinse the fillets several times ,then add egg white、starch、pepper、salt、oil,stir evenly。Then put it in the refrigerator(at least half of an hour).

Wash the bones clean,Blot moisture,put the oil 、 the pieces of ginger and the bones into the pan,decoct it.

Add boiling water and cook for half an hour

Add oil, pickled chillies and dried chillies into the pot and stir-fry
step 6
Add Chinese sauerkraut into the pot and stir-fry(about 1min).
step 7
at last, add the fish soup together, let us enjoy it.
