Originating from Japan these are sweet tooth desserts with bread as its base! Not just any old bakery bread though, like everything else from Japan, these are specially made soft and airy bread. So think of it as a cross over betweem a sponge cake and bread.
These can be topped with anything from ice cream to nuts and berries and cotton candy. They look just as amazing as they taste!! However, unless you're planning for a diabetic meal, I highly recommend you grab some buddies for sharing cause they are huge!!!!
