These small seeds are filled with benefits that could help you to improve your cholesterol level,weight loss,balances your blood sugar, also helps you to control your craving for sugar. These seeds can help you to reduce your risk of heart problems.

Flaxseeds are of small size with tan brown colour. These seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acid. Flaxseeds are also rich in fibre,phophorus,magnesium,protein,calcuim. They are also the source of lignans.

These seeds are very good for healthy hair ,nails and skin. They also help you to maintain your hormonal balance.

2 tablespoon flaxseeds
2 spoon honey
one cup milk
2 strawberries chilled
half banana chilled

Blend all of them together and serve . Decorate with strawberries and pudina (mint).
