Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 can of cream of milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 pound of sugar
1 tablespoons instant coffee of your choice
2 non-flavored gelatin envelopes
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with the sugar, gradually incorporate the milk and cream of milk. Place on medium heat until thickened a little without leaving to boil.
Remove from the fire, add the coffee, the gelatin dissolved in a little lukewarm water and the essence of vanilla.
Pour the mixture into a wet mold, bring to the refrigerator for 3 hours. Dismantle and decorate with walnuts.
