Kabak yemeklerinin belki de en güzeli diyebilirim bu yemek için yapıp da beğenmeyen yoktur diye düşünüyorum. Yapmayanlarsa hemen denemeli hafif ve lezzetli bu yemeği. Lazanya'ya benzeyen kabak graten yapmak için tarife bir bakalım.

3 adet büyük boy kabak
350 gram kıyma
1 adet büyük boy soğan
2 diş sarımsak
2 adet domates
1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
1 adet küçük boy havuç
1 çay kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
1 su bardağı kaşar peyniri
1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağ

Beşamel sos için:
1 litre süt
7 yemek kaşığı un
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağ
1 çay kaşığı
tuz

Nasıl yapılır?
Kabakları soyup halka halka doğrayın, kaynar suda biraz haşlayın.Havuçları da soyup doğrayın ve bir süre haşlayın.
Kıymalı harcı için kıymayı kavurup soğan ve salçasını ekleyin , domates ve baharatları ekleyip biraz pişirin.
Tepsinize hazırladığınız beşamel sosu biraz döküp üzerine kabak ve havuçları dızın tekrar beşamel dokun ama az kullanın daha bir kat daha var. Kıyma tekrar kabak ve en üstüne kaşar serpin.Fırına verin.
Sıcak servis yapın.Afiyet olsun

        Arkadaşım çok güzel gözüküyor. Geçen gün @artizm kabak çorbası tarifini denedim tek kelimeyle harika oldu. Bunu da yapmak istiyorum ama karabiber ve sarımsağım eksik. İlk fırsatta yapmam lazım lazanyayı çok severim bu belki daha güzel olacak 😃
