      Pempek is a savoury fishcake delicacy from Palembang, a city in Southern Sumatera. Actualy its an adaptation of Southern Chinese ngo hiang or kekkian (fish slice). FYI a lot of Indonesian delicacy were influenced by chinese cuisine
