チョコレートは、ベネズエラの「CHUAO」というカカオ分70%のダークチョコになります！
凄く綺麗な風味に、感動を覚えましたね！！
具体的には、赤ワイン、杉の木、ナッツのような風味が感じられました！
★ compatibility with coffee ★
This morning we also examined the compatibility of this chocolate with coffee!
Because chocolate has stronger flavor itself, coffee is also required for strength!
I was able to recognize again that deeper roasting is more likely to improve chocolate compatibility! !
