小米蒸排骨

今天去七号后厨吃了这道菜,很新颖,第一次吃,金黄的糯米和着排骨,底部还蒸有红薯,整个菜咸中带甜,甜中带咸,吃完还想吃。

看起来很不错,有点像我家乡的美食红薯咸饭,红薯也可以换成白萝卜,盘菜,土豆,另外还可以加些海鲜干,换成这些风格口味会非常不一样,嘻嘻!
