Lunch date with hubby

Hi Steemians,

I have been married for 3 years now. First year of marriage, we used to plan for outing every weekends. Outing was like shopping, movie, beach walk, long drives, dinner. Time flew and now there is no space for outing, since both were busy in our works and studies. Now outing is only meant for Birthdays, Anniversary, Valentines day and New year.
Once when we are at home, me and my hubby were having our coffee and suddenly a thought came out and I asked him "when was our last date?" pause.................he replied may be few months back...(in confused mind) naa year ago :( , silent for few seconds and then topic got changed. One Sunday morning he was so excited and I was like what
happened ? are you okay? He asked what are you doing? Whats your plan for today? I replied nothing much. So can we have a lunch date? - he asked. Now its my time to get excited but stayed calm with smile on and said yes of course waiting for this.

He already planned for restaurant and booked a table for us. Whole the time I keep on asking him where are we going ? which restaurant ? and lot more questions. He answered - wait baby we are almost there. Ya, we arrived, here you go TANTADA - "KOBE SIZZLERS".

I was surprised to hear sizzlers from his voice because he never wanted try sizzlers because it contains lot of veggies ( he hates veggies :P)

Happy??? A voice came from behind. I said - yaaa i'm surprised, love you.

Here are the items ordered:
Starters -
Veg Cutlet with Potato Wedges:
Cutlet is attractive and tempting, its really big in size and never seen so big cutlet in any restaurant till date. Packed with potatoes and some veggies tastes spicy and crispy served with potato wedges its our favorite snack it was toasted with salt and pepper tastes yummmmm.

Veg crudites:
Deep fried minced vegetables coated with breadcrumbs served with remoulade sauce. was enjoyable crispy outside, soft inside tastes mild spice and the dip remoulade was heavenly i loved it, which made using mayo and some herbs.

Main course:
Kobe veg delite pizza:
The base bread topped with bellpepper, cottage cheese,american corn,onions,mushroom, cheese with tomato sauce was mouthwatering. the flat base which they used was too good. now my hubby is a big fan of kobe's pizza.

Speghetti corbonara sizzler :
As he was not into veggies i thought of ordering sizzler with less vegetables. so i took speghetti as a base for my sizzler filled with mushroom,bellpepper,greenpeas,brocoli,potato wedges with cheese cream sauce was great with smooky look:) to be frank i finished the veggie part with little speghetti and he had all speghetti.

Veg arrabbiata pasta :
Veg pasta baked in tomato basil sauce tastes extraordinary topped with cheese. basil smells refreshed. only thing we felt was less in quantity.

Mocktails:
Monalisa:
This is what i order blend of vanilla and chocolate icecream,litchi crush,fresh cream milk with chocolate sauce trust me guys no words to explain it.

Cindrella:
This is his drink mixed with khus syrup,7up, lime juice and ice was good according to him.
