Siapakan bumbu halus.. ulek bawang putih, kunyit, ketumbar, tambahkan sedikit garam dan penyedap rasa ulek sampai halus. setelah itu lumuri lele dengan bumbu halus. tambahin air sedikit ya. diamkan sampai kira 10-15 menit biar bumbu ya meresap. sambil kita nunggu bumbu lele meresap biarlah kita tinggala buat membuat sambal, jangan lupa setelah - + 10 mnit lele siap di goreng ya NB jangan di olak alik ya bun nnti remuk, ckup1x atau 2x aja
   
8. Siapkan bawang putih. bawang merah. cabe rawit. cabe besar dan tomat. cuci bersih bawan tersebut. setelah bersih goreng bahan2 tersebut yaaa. setelah slesai di goreng. ulek bawan2 tersebut sampai halus. jangan lupa tambahin gula. garam dan penyedap rasa ya.. dann sambel siap di hadangkan. kalau ada yg suka trasi tambahin trasi lebih enak, trasi bakar atau trasi goreng,
   
9. Dan terakhir kita siapkan sayur2 buat tambahan ya kemanggi cuci bersih, kubis, sama timun potong2 sesuai selera menambah nikmat ya pecel lele
   
10. Dan ya pecel lele ala yuzul siap dihidangkan jangan lupa masak nasi yg banyak bunda
