Tiramisu 提拉米苏

The first thing I want to do when I arrived Tuscana, Italy, is to taste Tiramisu - the most romantic dessert I’ve ever known.

As a foodie, I baked Tiramisu myself for many times. In some recipies, people use crushed digestive cookies, but I prefer ladyfingers biscuits. I think this is more traditional and the texture is smoother.

Dip the ladyfingers in coffee, layer with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavour with cocoa. Making Tiramisu is quite easy actually, I guess the secret to make it more tasteful is to add alchacol into the cheese mixture and the coffee haha~ I always add a lot of rum... maybe will try something else, like wines, to see how it goes.

Well, have to add a comment about the romantic story behind Tiramisu. In Italian, Tiramisu means ‘pick me up’. It is said that if a girl orders Tiramisu during a date, it means the girl wants you the take her with you. So, boys, don’t miss this important sign haha:)

落地意大利🇮🇹第一件事儿就是想找一家好的餐厅尝一下地地道道的提拉米苏。这款传说中极其浪漫的甜点，我自己在家是做了很多次了，不知道呆梨人民做出来的是啥样子嘻嘻😜

出乎我意料的是，提拉米苏在意大利不是很容易找，很多餐厅都不做，找了个又高又帅的服务生问了一下，他说这款甜点太popular，几乎每个家庭都会做，要做的特别出众又不容易，所以不是每家餐厅都会选来放入甜点菜单。

不过还是被我找到了一家，就长上面图里的样子，真的很好吃！这家厨师用的是拇指饼干做底，我自己也偏爱这种，和用消化饼干做底的相比较，口感明显好很多～上层的芝士层也很赞，感觉是拇指饼干层和芝士层混合的，所以口感层次比较好，这个以后可以学起来;)

吃的出来蛋糕里面应该加了不少朗姆酒，很有呆梨风范，完全没在手软的，感觉吃完都快醉了😂我自己做的时候也会加满多酒，不过一般都是只加朗姆，很好奇加其他风味的酒会是什么样子，感觉红酒也许也会不错～

祖国的小伙伴们如果感兴趣的话可以试试加“二锅头” 说不定别有一番风😋

最后要提一下，据说提拉米苏是个很适合女生表白男生或者暗示男生自己对他有意思的甜点，因为提拉米苏在意大利文的意思就是“带我走”，下次女孩子可以试试，也许有奇效哦😉
