This is called Samosa Chaat which i had from the Cafe Shamma.
It is easily made what they do is crush the Aloo Samosas and add cholas, chatni, onions and few spices on top. It was certainly very tasty and very hygienic too.
I loved it was a wonderful experience and surely will try it again.
