Oyster mushrooms
Potatoes
Garlic
Butter
Vegetable oil
Salt
Black pepper
Cooking
We tear the oyster mushrooms into pieces, rinse and put on a baking sheet.
Wash the potatoes and cut them in two. Fry from the cut side in butter and vegetable oil, and then put on a baking sheet to the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with tarragon leaves and finely chopped garlic. Salt, pepper and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
