Homemade egg muffins with cheese

in food •  4 years ago

The beauty of egg muffins is that they can be made in the evening, and in the morning you will have a ready-made breakfast, which you just have to warm up.

Egg muffins keep wonderfully in a food container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Plus, they can even be frozen! Muffins are stored in the freezer for 2-3 months.

Another benefit of egg muffins is the ability to add a wide variety of ingredients. Simply put, what you have in your fridge. It can be spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, ham, zucchini - your choice.
