Ingredients:
250 grams bread, it does not matter if it's salt
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups warm milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
to taste raisins
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup water for caramel
3 quarts cup sugar for caramel
Steps:
Prepare the candy with the sugar and water in the mold where you are going to bake the cake. Cut the bread into small pieces. Heat the milk with the cinnamon and add to the bread. Then add the eggs one by one and mix.
Then add the sugar, vanilla, raisins and butter. Stir until mixed. Pour the mixture into the mold where you previously prepared the caramel. Cook in a bain-marie in the oven, for 45 minutes or until when introducing a knife, it comes out clean. Be ready to add water if necessary.
If you want you can decorate with ice cream or chantilly cream .. It is delicious. I recommend it to you!
