Today I am going to share an amazing and easy to make recipe of (Punjabi Butter Chicken)
This chicken is very famous in all most every corner of the country, every one has different style of cooking this dish as per their taste and requirements.
The recipe which I am going to share is one of the oldest and most used one .

INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes
Chicken
Butter
Yogurt
Whole spice mix
Fresh cream
Salt and pepper
Ginger and Garlic paste
Tomato puree
Oil
Red chilli powder
Cummin powder
Coriander powder
Melon seeds
Almonds
Cashew nuts
PREPARATION
For marination of chicken
Beaten yogurt
Ginger & garlic paste
Whole spice mix
Salt & pepper
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Cummin powder
Chicken
Keep the marination for more than 1 hour.
FOR CHICKEN
Bake the marinated chicken in an preheat oven for about 18-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and is tender inside.
FOR GRAVY
Blanche the ๐
tomatoes.
Remove skin of the tomatoes.
Make puree of unskined tomatoes.
Heat oil and butter in a kadai.
Add cloves, chopped ginger, cardamom, bay leaf.
Add puree into it .
And cook it about half an hour.
Add all the grounded spices and salt and pepper according to taste.
Grind cashew nuts , almonds and cardamom together .
Put the baked chicken into the gravy.
Put the mixture into gravy.
And add fresh cream into it and cook until the gravy is full cooked.
Garnish it with some cream and coriander.
Serve hot
Your Punjabi style butter chicken is ready to eat.
