I am always a fan of Japanese food. Sharing this picture to you guys because I know a lot of you are foodies. We seek new food experiences, unique to our taste and a good meal for our tummies. What kind of food do you like?

Let me tell you first the history of “takoyaki” from what I’ve searched (asked my students also about this food). Takoyaki became popular in Osaka in the year 1935, It’s actually a Japanese snack and it is cooked in a special takoyaki pan by a humble street vendor Tomekichi Endo and because of that, it spread in the whole world, liked by different nationalities. Takoyaki, from the name “tako” means octopus & “yaki” means to fry or grill. A ball shaped food with some ingredients. A very tasty food you can be full in no time.

These are the ingredients:

1. Wheat flour
2. Minced or diced octopus
3. Green onions
4. Some seasonings

To people who love takoyaki so much, no doubt they know all the ingredients and some variations of takoyaki. You can have it with pork, chicken or even veggies by making it. What do you want in your takoyaki? I like more veggies on it.
