What do yuh guys think about eating corn flakes early morning in breakfast??
Is it good for health or not??
Usually, When people think of a healthy breakfast cereal, they often think of cornflakes and milk.
Corn flakes contain sugar in the form of high fructose corn syrup. This kind of sugar is basically a simple carbohydrate that belongs to a class of chemically-related sweet-flavoured substances.
Cornflakes contain added sugars and is high in sodium relative to its caloric content. It is also made of refined grains (milled corn which is also good for health)
Cornflakes contain to refined carb ingredients and zero whole carb ingredients.
Cornflakes are not nutrient dense and contain a number of added vitamins (Thiamin Hydrochloride, Vitamin A Palmitate, Folic Acid, Vitamin C/D/B12)
It also contains 6 processed ingredients (milled corn, sugar, malt flavor, sale, sodium ascorbate, and pyridoxine hydrochloride) and one sugar ingredient (sugar)
Even though yuh all know our cells need sugar (glucose) to survive, consuming too much of it can cause numerous health problems. Bt it doesnt contain too much sugar.. as yuh all know added sugar contains no beneficial nutrients and excess consumption only contributes to tooth decay, diabetes, and obesity.
Cornflakes are really good for health. I loved to have it early in da morning.. Yuh can also take it without any question😊
Thankyuh for yuhr kindness to read my post!!💛
