Hi guys,
I ate too much eggs yesterday so I decided to stay off egg for today and I wanted to eat yam, then to the next healthy alternative. My fish sauce. I peeled my yam, washed it and put it on fire. Added a little salt and sugar for taste and covered it to boil.
Then I washed my tomatoes,pepper and onions and sliced them. Put my oil on fire allowed it to heat up and poured my sliced pepper and onions, added seasoning to taste and allowed it to cook for 5 minutes before adding my deboned fish.
Breakfast is ready.
