Table arrangements are quite modest with high tables and stools at the front, and lower tables with chairs towards the back. The kitchen, like a lot of other Chinese restaurants, is at the front on one side and there, almost all the dishes are prepared. In some places, Mr. Meng uses a pay as you order system where you tick what you want and then pay and sit down. In London, it's your usual ordering and then waiting for the food to be served, and pay at the end.
