Visit Visitation To A Self-employed Woman Who Survive By Frying Beans Cake For A Living

Hello Everyone 💕 💞,

Good morning and welcome to my blog for today, I am @mattsanthonyit. This moment is a good timing for me because I had to be on the road so quick to catch up some few projects at hand. But in the meantime, I will like to digress a little bit to another world of foodie entirely which happened to be a part of a living and a survival means of so many Nigerians, Women in particular although I was told earlier last week that a man also has joined this particular work for a living. Beans Cake Frying.

It is a huge business for those of us who know more about being a business man or woman. So many people are very shy to be at the road side and be frying beans cake but hence there is alot to this particular business trade. I got some few pictures from my visit.

For beans cake to be ready to go into the hot big Frying pan, it has to undergo a lot of process which I showed some in my picture above.

• It has to be sorted out , the shaft from the good beans with the brown beans or the white beans depending on individual choices. So it will be half grinded then pour a lot of water on it to remove the unwanted Shaft again.

• Then grind exclusively into paste. The stir it till it raise up and add your Peppers, salt, maggi and other ingredients.

When you Consume Beans Cake it mainly gives protein, Abit of Carbohydrates as well. Minerals too. I will advice you to go for this early in the morning for breakfast or Lunch. Either with bread, or cold or hot Pap.

This woman is called Anty Taye , she enaged to this kind of foodie for survival and she raised her children alone.
