Making Bakso, Delicious Meatballs

Meatball ingridients :

• Beef 1 kg, ground
• Starch 50 g
• Egg 1 item
• Pepper powder 2 tsp
• 1 tsp salt
• Garlic 4 cloves, puree
• 40 g ice cubes, crush
• 2 liter water
  

How to make meatball :

• Put the ground beef in a container, mix the starch, eggs, ground pepper, salt and mashed garlic.

• Mix or knead by hand or can use tools until everything is mixed perfectly.

• If it is felt the dough is still soft and difficult to form, then ice cubes can be added slowly until it feels like the dough can be formed.

• Boil water in a saucepan until it boils.

• Take the meat mixture with your hands then form a round either with both hands or with one hand pressed until the mixture comes out through the index finger and thumb.

• Enter the dough that has formed into hot water.

• Continue until all the dough is gone.

• If the pentol has floated, the pentol has matured. Lift.
