step1. Take two cup of whole wheat flour
Put little bit of salt and some of water as required , well mix it
Step2. Knead -soft dough
Step3. Cover and rest 15mins
Step4. Take pan put some oil and heat it
Step5. Add 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
Step6. Add 2green chillies chopped
Step7. Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Step8. Add 1/4 Cup of capsicum, finely chopped
Step9. Add 1/4 cup of carrot, grated
Step10. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Step11. Add 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
Step12. Add 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
Step13. Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Step14. Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Step15. Add 1/2 teaspoon aamchur powder
Step16. Add 1 cup of paneer (cottage cheese), grated desi ghee
Step17. Cook low flame - 5 min
Put covered wheat and make ball sized dough
Dust with wheat flour
Roll thin
Put paneer stuffing-2 teaspoon
Fold sides, press gently
Take a pan put some designs ghee
Flip over roast both sides
Like gold/crisp
