    I don't know if it's so easy, but indeed it's an extremely important point, what we eat. You can up lift your consciousness with food, or with other words: If you eat the right, real, clean food, your body will free itself of dirt and down-into-the-"swamp"-pulling-stuff and so then spirit has a more clear view ;-) What really helps with that process is Chlorophyll.
