This is a mango cake with vanilla ice cream. This was at spindrift pub in my city. The ice cream was sourced from the famous ideal ice cream in mangalore while the pub made the cake in house.
Absolutely delightful and heavenly taste made me gorge on two portions of these!
I hope they make it again! Mango cake was so so so good I can't even describe it. One has to eat this combo to know it I guess.
