We were happy to have a gift of spaghetti made by my boyfriends mother. When his father is at dialysis which is every other day, she sometimes makes a lunch for us that is vegan. Today we were reluctant to use the kitchen. It was a little tense the night before. There's no rhyme or reason that we can ever figure out. Could be our imagination.
We usually skip breakfast and hope to sneak a moment to prepare lunch. Fortunately she made some spaghetti with substitute ground meat. We were pretty thankful.
I won't be listing the ingredients but she put from what I could see and taste, onions, mushrooms, veggie broth, cherry tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
We grabbed some leftover asparagus to top it off. It really was delicious and we were very thankful. Spaghetti is always a fun thing to eat.
