La receta no la prepare yo .solo que tengo un amigo del Peru que me envia las fotos para que yo me antoje y los antoje tambien a ustedes
Tambien aprendo a cocinar jeje .
Lomito en pequeños trozos salteado en aceite con mucho tomate ,cebolla ,ajo ,y salsa negra o salsa de soya ,sirvase con arepa o con arroz blanco
Pollo frito aderezado con salsa de chimichurry
Se sirvio con arroz blanco y sopa de porotos pallares
Filete de pescado frito
Con ensalada de cebolla en mucho limon y sal
Servido con un poco de frijoles y arroz blanco
Tips : la cebolla pierde su sabor y olor penetrante cuando se mete en agua con limon durante una hora y luego se enjuaga .
Cuando piques la cebolla puedes lavarte las manos con limon y se te quitara el olor .
Provocativos platos. Para eliminar el olor de la cebolla en las manos, e incluso los utensilios de la cocina, puede utilizarse tomate maduro directamente.Saludos y recuerda revisar mi blog.
