The Philippine Version of the Quesadilla

Quesadilla is a flat circle tortilla which is filled with flavorful meat and spices. Sometimes it's presented in half circle which is folded. This originated in Mexico.

If you go to the Philippines, it's pretty common, even in non-Mexican restaurants.

There's beef, chicken or just plain cheese. It's sooo good and easy to make.

This is my entry to @juliank's #foodphotography challenge
