Bulgarian Banitsa is a type of butter burek, filled with eggs, white cheese a little bulgarian sour milk.
- Mix the eggs the cheese and the sour milk.
- Lay down your butter dough, a little more butter on top, then you add the mix and start rolling.
- I put some sesame seeds on top, mostly because I put sesame seeds on everything now.
