Mie kocok lampoih saka sama halnya dengan mie kocok di tempat ataupun daerah lain yaitu mie kuning yang bermandikan kuah kental dari kaldu udang. Mie kocok ini juga dilengkapi dengan bawang goreng, seledri dan kerupuk khas pidie atau yang biasa disebut emping melinjo.
