Chicken schnitzel in a cornflake coat with rice and candied pineapple
Hähnchenschnitzel im Cornflakesmantel mit Reis und kandierte Ananas

For the chicken:
4 Chicken breast fillets à 140 g
salted
pepper from the mill
4 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
60 g cornflakes
Sunflower oil for frying

Salt and pepper the chicken breast.
Then turn the chicken breast into flour and then turn well in the beaten egg ... turn in the cereal ... press the cornflakes well.
Cut fresh pineapple in corners.
Fry the chicken breast in the pan until golden brown ... add the pineapple corners at the end until you have also accepted some color.
Served with basmati rice and balsamic. Also salad goes very well with it.

Quick cooked but very delicate!

Für das Hähnchen:
4 Hähnchenbrustfilets à ca. 140 g
Salz, Pfeffer aus der Mühle
4 EL Mehl2
Eier
60 g Cornflakes
Sonnenblumenöl zum Braten

Die Hühnerbrust salzen und pfeffern.
Anschließend die Hühnerbrust in Mehl wenden und dann im verquirlten Ei gut wenden... zum Schluss in den Cornflakes wenden... die Cornflakes gut andrücken.
Frische Ananas in Ecken schneiden.
Hähnchenbrust in der Pfanne goldbraun anbraten... am Ende die Ananasecken dazugeben bis Sie auch etwas Farbe angenommen haben.

Serviert mit Basmatireis und Balsamico. Auch Salat passt sehr gut dazu.

Schnell gekocht aber sehr delikat!
