Today I'm gonna share to you what we had for dinner last night. This is a famous Filipino dish that will never be absent in any events and celebration in any Filipino family.
This dish is called "Pork Calderita". Its consist of pork, tomato sauce, bell peppers, potato, garlic, onion and liver spread to make its soup sticky and salt and pepper to season and taste.
It i perfect to serve in fiestas and different celebrations. It is perfect for "pulotan" also.
Ang sarap talaga ng Kalderita so far. Been a long time since I haven't tried Kalderita. =)
