This food right here is called "toron". It is moslty seen on the streets and is a famous street food here in Cebu.
Toron is a banana covered with some kind of wrapper and then cooked in a fry with melted sugar in it.
It is perfect for those who don't have time to have a proper meal because of their schedule becuase you can just ieat with your hands while walking. It can be a raplacement for a meal too because it can make you full and energized after eating it.
I recommend you to try this kind of food and experience how tasty pinoy streetfoods are.
