Hi guys, Magandang tangahali sa inyong lahat, ngayon ay ibabahagi ko sa inyo ang isa sa mga paborito kung Filipino delicacy na talagang lahat ng pinoy ay nasasarapan. Ang pagkain nato ay tinatawag na sisig, ang sisig isang Capampangan na salita na ang kahulugan ay "pagkain ng medyo maasim na kakanin".
Ang sisig ay binubuo ng ulo ng baboy at atay at linalagyan ng calamansi at ma anghang na sili. May ibang sisig na nialayan nila ito ng itlog para lang ma iba. Kalimitang ma kikita ang sisig sa mga kainan at ito ang pangunahing pulutan ng mga taong umi-inom. Paborito nila ito dahil sa anghang na dala nito ang sa iba nyang lasa na sa sisig mo lang matitikman.
