Wine is also food! I really like that. Since the antiquity have been discovered the qualities of wine, especially of the red wine. That I like even more! Thus, in ancient Greece, Hippocrates (the father of medicine) recommends the consumption of wine by those affected by pneumonia, physical debility, in the treatment of open wounds and as an antidote in the bite of the venomous snake. There is a condition, however, to take advantage of these wine qualities. Consume moderately! Finally, to say from my own experience, wine helps me a lot when I cook, it's a good companion.
