Having a real Chef in the kitchen has it's benefits. I am now training as Sous Chef! And learning new ways and new dishes. Here I made a Gouda Style Mac and Cheese with Lobster Claw and side Garlic Bread. This was served as a weekend Special. To add to that, it sold out just last nite! WIN.
