I feel like I can't find the best ingredients for a salad in China. Especially since I'm not living in the big cities right now. But this will just have to do. This salad is totally egged out with lettuce, light ranch dressing and pepper, and a bunch of grape tomatoes. If I was still in the U.S. this salad would be a lot greener. I would also probably have bacon bits on top and some purple turnips mixed in there somewhere.
