What to do with leftovers?

Most of the time whenever we have a small gathering in the house, I would end up with leftovers. And the following day, its kinda tiring to eat the same food, I would always have to think of different ways to use left overs.

This time I used left over pork and sautee them with different vegetables and leftovers as well.
I shredded the pork, added some carrots, leftover green peas, shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced green beans and added some sesame oil to give it an Asian twist. Served it with freshly cooked jasmine rice! Yum! There you go, lunch ready!
