Specially, if you cook it with coconut milk, its "ginataan" on our language, and put some long green chilli for additional taste of spice...yummy!

You can easily get all the ingredients at the supermarket or at the wet market, for a very cheap price. A filipina is a very good cook, they put their love as one of the main ingredients.
