This dish I tried last August in one of the St. Petersburg restaurants, focused on Italian cuisine. Such a degree of roasting, when the meat is so red inside, I tried for the first time.
The meat turned out to be very soft, juicy and tasty. In combination with red wine - it was perfect!
Это блюдо я попробовала в прошлом августе в одном из питерских ресторанов, ориентированных на итальянскую кухню. Пожалуй, такую степень прожарки, когда мясо настолько красное внутри, я пробовала впервые.
Мясо оказалось очень мягким, сочным и вкусным. В сочетании с красным вином – это было прекрасно!
