👨‍🍳Chicken And Tangerine Salad.

Hi My Dear Friends

I am glad that I made a great and wonderful salad today; I'll share it here.😍

The name of this salad is chicken and tangerine salad.

Hope to make it and enjoy it.

❣️And the necessary ingredients:

MaterialsAmount
Lettuce Screw1 x
Tangerine pulp200 g
chicken breast1 x
Cucumber tomatoes100 g
Mayonnaise100 g
Fresh tarragon100 g
Fresh tarragon50 g
Fresh parsley50 g
Purple cabbage100 g
Garlic2 cubes
Worcester Sauce2 tbsp
Lemon juice1 tablespoon

Salt / Pepper to the extent necessary

❣️Time preparation and baking 30 minutes

❣️ And the method of preparing it for this:

1. Let's cut lettuce and purple cabbage to the desired size.

2. Chicken Breasts Chopped and Served with Worcester Sausage, and a Cub.

3. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, parsley and thyme, and season it to make salad dressing.

4. Mix all the ingredients together, add the prepared sauce to the ingredients.

5. Put the material in a suitable container, put the chicken breast on the material, and put the chicken and tangerine salad garnish and serving.

خوشحالم که امروز یه سالاد عالی و فوق العاده خوش مزه درست کردم؛ اینجا براتون به اشتراک میزارم😍

اسم این سالاد مرغ و نارنگي هستش
امیدوارم درست کنید و لذت ببرید.

❣️و اما مواد اولیه

كاهو پيچ 1عدد
پالپ نارنگي 200 گرم
سينه مرغ 1عدد
گوجه گيلاسي 1٠٠ گرم
سس مايونز 2٠٠ گرم
ترخون تازه 50 گرم
جعفري تازه 5٠ گرم
كلم بنفش 100 گرم
سیر 2 حبه
سس ورچستر 2 قاشق غذا خوری
آبليمو 1 قاشق غذا خوری
نمك/ فلفل به ميزان لازم

❣️زمان آماده سازی و پخت 30 دقیقه

❣️و روش تهیه اش هم به این صورته دوستان:

1- ابتدا کاهو و کلم بنفش را به اندازه های دلخواه برش میزنیم
2- سینه مرغ را خرد کرده و با سس ورچستر ، و یک حبه سیر تفت میدهیم
3- سس مایونز را با آبلیمو ،جعفری وترخون مخلوط کرده و ادویه آن را تنظیم میکنیم تا سس سالاد بدست آید.
4- کلیه مواد را با هم مخلوط کرده سپس سس آماده شده را به مواد اضافه میکنیم
5- مواد را در ظرفی مناسب کشیده سینه ی مرغ را روی مواد قرار داده سالاد مرغ و نارنگی را گارنیش و سرو میکنیم.
