All my italian friends, please forgive me. Today i’m posting the picture of Caprese without pesto sauce. I did not find pesto in supermarket around a corner. Here is my version:
It’s so easy to make and so tasty to eat. All that you need is fresh tomatoes, medium-sized mozzarella, Basil leaves and certainly balsamic mousse. Do not add salt! Only papper if you like to. Here you are! A lot of vitamins and few calories.
