Hi Steemit friends. Today I tried Cholla (or so it is called). They sell these out in the streets and they are quite healthy. They do contain good ingredients in the Cholla and goes well with bread, paratha or a good chilled drink.
THE INGREDIENTS ARE
- Light masala
- Chickpeas (soaked)
- Mashed potatoes
- Lime juice
- Sliced tomatoes
- Coriander
- Green chilies (can also slice into pieces and add into the mixture)
I consider this to be a quick burst of important Vitamins and other Nutrients. Honestly, it made me forget about the heat I was suffering from outside. The bread can be used to scoop the Cholla and are consumed altogether. It suffices our hunger quickly in just small quantity.
I hope you guys can recreate your own Cholla and enjoy it yourselves.
