Johsch cooks: Scrambled eggs with sweet pepper, curry and fresh vegetables – Step by Step (easy)

No breakfast without an egg! At least that applies to me. How about this healthy and interesting scrambled egg? The combination of curry and a few pieces of fresh vegetables are refreshing and a good start to Saturday! Here's the deal:

Ingredients for 2 persons

1/2 red paprika
3 eggs
1 small onion, small clove of garlic
6 cocktail tomatoes
1 teaspoon curry
1 tablespoon parsley
each a pinch of salt, pepper
a dash of milk

Preparation

  1. Wash the paprika and cut it into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes as well and cut them once in length.
  2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix with a dash of milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry.
  3. Heat a pan with butter and peel the onion. Cut it into half rings and sweat briefly with vegetables. Peel, press and add the garlic clove.
  4. Add the scrambled eggs and fry on a smaller heat until it is firm. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.

Difficulty: 1 of 3 (easy)
Preparation: approx. 5 minutes
Cooking: approx. 10 minutes

Put this scrambled eggs on half a roll and I'm set! Add a cup of hot coffee and my day will definitely start well. Steemians, what do you need for a good start this morning?
