My creamy chicken kebab

Hello everyone!!

I wanna share to you now how I prepare my Creamy chicken kebab.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kg. chicken breast fillet
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/2 lemon
1/2 tbsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick softened butter
2 tbsp .mayonnaise

PROCEDURE:

Mix the crushed garlic, coriander powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt and softened butter.
Add the mayonnaise and the chicken that thinly cut.
Stir to evenly coat and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

While waiting for the marinade, cut the red onion, red and green bell pepper into thin wedges.
Skewer chicken and the onions, red and green bell pepper alternately in the barbeque sticks.

Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for 10-12 minutes.
And also put the halved lemon on grill next to the kebab.
Grill until heated .

Finally, place the kebabs on the plate and squeeze it with lemon.

And I serve it with fruits.
