Another of the traditional dishes of the cuisine of Old Castile, is the Castilian soup, a small delicacy, available to all pockets and easy to prepare, where bread and garlic (the latter, with its magnificent qualities) make up the ingredients basic of a natural and nutritious dish, especially accompanied by a good red wine from Ribera del Duero. Otro de los platos tradicionales de la cocina de la Antigua Castilla, es la sopa castellana, una pequeña delicia, aseguible a todos los bolsillos y fácil de preparar, donde el pan y el ajo (éste último, con sus magníficas cualidades) conforman los ingredientes básicos de un plato natural y nutritivo, sobre todo acompañado de un buen tinto de Ribera del Duero.
